You dont really need a brain. There arent that many issues. The errors that are show when the sln is opened in VS are false errors. Some games are broken like AW, Ghosts and I believe cod4/waw. Overall the source does work. :)

EDIT: I could release my own version that I've fixed up and had for a while. I've had the source for about a month and within that month I did a bunch of fix ups. If the codengine source was also dropped you could easily fix AW & Ghosts ;)
