For me, it was possession of weed.

Nope, it was more along the lines of accused terrorism because of a joke I made.

I have it on my personal record that I'm a possible terrorist and I'm not allowed to go to certain places.

I've never been arrested in my life, even though I've had multiple encounters with the police when I was younger. You wouldn't get arrested for having like 5 grams or something on the spot in Estonia, cops take that lightly, they would take it and leave you off with a verbal warning. It's still illegal but just decriminalized.
