RGH/Jtag Tool In 2020?

I was curious if anyone could help with some issues I'm having. I'm trying to develop an RGH/Jtag Tool for simple things like stat mods ect. I've tried JRPC and XRPC methods that I've seen around but I get nothing but an error when I try connecting to my console. If anyone would be down to help I would very much so appreciate it!
